Biography
Stephanie Beza is a performer, writer, and musician based in Naarm, Melbourne. She graduated from Federation University’s Arts Academy with a degree in Music Theatre, having trained in stage, film and TV. She made her professional debut in Faust, with Opera Australia in 2019. She then spent three years touring nationally with Australia’s leading TIE company, Brainstorm Productions, where she performed to over 60,000 students.
Other notable credits include Muffin in “Voldemort and the Teenage Hogwarts Musical Parody” (dir: Miranda Middleton); Velma Kelly in “Chicago” (dir: Alister Smith), and “Blue to the Horizon” (dir: Tess Walsh).
Stephanie is very passionate about new Australian theatre. During lockdown she co-created Spudpuppy Productions and wrote “I’m a Raindrop, Get Me Outta Here”, which performed at multiple Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals. In 2024 she premiered a new physical theatre piece, "Hit N Hope" with her writing group, SugarBits.
In addition to performing, Stephanie holds a Diploma of Auslan.
